I've run the game like... ten times now, trying different options in different orders. It seems pretty clear that I'm meant to be interacting with the objects, since that's where the story is, but I haven't managed to find the other ending. This is pretty frustrating!

The story is engaging on the first few times you play it, since you start trying to fill in the narrative gaps yourself, but... once you've read all the options, it starts to get extremely monotonous if you aren't having any luck finding the "secret" ending. I think there may be a timing component of it, but I'm simply not patient enough to find it. I've had the thought it's not there at all and the lack of narrative resolution is meant to reflect how the people looking for their missing loved ones feel, which would be clever, but I'm not sure that's how it's meant to play...

As far as gameplay, it's pretty simple, which isn't bad. The atmosphere is really well-done; I think part of the reason I got very impatient with it (even though it's fairly short) is because the background sounds were creeping me out and I just wanted to know the answer. The sparse descriptions make it easy to let your own brain fill in whatever it finds creepiest, so the writer clearly knows what they're doing there.

This game is interesting, but I don't think it's for me.

Really good game! Loved solving the story and picking the options, great atmosphere too!

I enjoyed this story very much. The audio accompanied the text very well, creating a great atmosphere in my head. It had a certain psychological horror feeling to it which I always find interesting. The writing gives just enough information to let the mind run wild by imagining the details. I also like the way you made certain words in the text clickable for progression. It's a nice way to tie in the things getting attention from the character to our choices. The sudden jumps in locations, together with the audio and the good, but short descriptions really translates the confusion and urgency of the character to us.
All in all, i really enjoyed the game. I'll definitly going to play it again sometime.

Thank you so much for the feedback ! I’m glad that you enjoyed playing! There are some things I still want to tweak, so hopefully it’ll be a bit of a different experience on your next playthrough :)

I like how much this story can deliver with just audio an text. In an age where everyone wants the best visuals sometimes the ones in the readers’ minds are the most effective.

Thanks for playing & the feedback - that's very kind of you to say :)
